My Quarantine Guide

Hey guys! Me, again. But this time, I want to bring you in on a few things I’ve been up to during this quarantine. I know the times are weird but I’ve been able to find some things that help me disconnect and enjoy the moment.

  • I love to cook and explore in the kitchen. So, naturally, I’ve been spending more time in the kitchen making some lavish meals (and by lavish I mean, fancy burgers and air fryer french fries) . I highly recommend trying a new recipe in the kitchen every week! I use it as my time to disconnect and get creative. I’ve linked some of my favorite cookbooks and recipes!

    • Chrissy Teigen’s Cookbook - my all time FAVORITE! Recipes have a lot of servings but the leftovers are worth it ;).

    • @Broccyourbody - my favorite healthy but delicious recipes! My everyday go to.

    • Tasty - when I’m feeling like indulging in some tasty desserts, tasty is the best! (if you haven’t already, you have to try the dark chocolate chip “ice cream” . SO yummy and won’t leave you feeling too guilty)

  • Staying active and switching up my daily workouts has been one of my favorite things to do! We try to change the scenery and go for a long bike ride around our neighborhood. I’ve also been trying different virtual workouts (camp2go is my go to) and at home challenges from different trainers on instagram). Extra thankful for technology during these weird times.

  • Binging Shameless on Netflix. HIGHLY Recommend and perfect for those rainy Sundays.

  • Being a homeowner, theres always new projects and challenges. If you know, YOU KNOW. I started small and finally started my little plant corner! I never realized how much work went into being a “plant mom” but I’m loving the new adventure. Our next project is a DIY box garden and do a revamp to the landscape around the house. I’ve found DIY projects to be fun and also makes you feel like you can tackle any project!

I wanted to share what I’ve been doing because we’re in this together! Hope this gives you some ideas! I’ll keep you all posted on the updates and projects ;)
