Meet Patricia:

I’m a South Florida native born and raised in Miami and after college, fell in love with everything Tampa had to offer so I decided to call it my new home. Coming from a family of basketball enthusiasts and being the youngest of four kids, it was no surprise I was on the court at the age of five learning the ropes of the game from my older siblings. Since then, it has been a big part of my life and a huge part of how I developed a “go-getter” mentality and why I make things happen proactively. In 2018, I decided to move to Tampa in hopes of expanding my career, achieving a higher quality of life and diving into the real estate business.  Within six months of making the decision, I was able to identify an up and coming neighborhood known as Seminole Heights, found great options that met my needs but also fell within my budget, and officially closed on my first home in which I still live in today with my boyfriend and two pups. 

I’ve experienced Tampa’s transformation and growth, first-hand, and it makes me excited to share the endless opportunities with you! 

In my free time:

When I’m not working or making deals happen for my clients, I fill my free time finding new recipes to cook, enjoying the new hot spots in my neighborhood, and spending time with friends and family.

My love, experience, and knowledge of the city of Tampa gives me unwavering commitment and desire to make my home, your home too!
